2023 Summit Registration
For this meeting we are pleased to have two options for you to attend our summit, virtually or in-person.
Option 1: Virtual-Only Attendance

By registering for in-person attendance, you attest that you have read and will comply with the UCSF COVID-19 Policy shown below.
UCSF COVID-19 Policy
- Attendees must have no symptoms of COVID-19 .
- Attendees must present either proof of vaccination for COVID-19 or a negative COVID-19 antigen test the day of the event.
- All attendees will be required to complete an online health screener. The link will be provided a few days before the event.
- Masking is currently strongly recommended indoors and required in elevators. Masks may be removed for eating and drinking.
- Attendees who have traveled internationally within 10 days before Sunday, January 8, 2023 must

For International travelers
UCSF strongly recommends completing an Antigen COVID-19 test within the last 12 hours if it has been less than 10 days after traveling internationally, regardless of pre-travel testing.
UCSF also strongly recommends completing an Antigen COVID-19 test on days 3 – 5 after the first test if still coming onto campus.
DO NOT ENTER UCSF Facilities if you have a positive COVID test in the last 10 days.
